ABOUT FDEC

The Federal Democratic Election Committee (FDEC) is an independent expenditure political action committee dedicated to electing Democratic candidates at every level of government. FDEC focuses on voter engagement, election protection, and grassroots organizing across all 50 states.

FDEC is not authorized by any candidate or candidate’s committee. All funding comes from grassroots donors — no corporate PAC money.

MEDIA GUIDELINES

  • FDEC should be referred to as “the Federal Democratic Election Committee” on first reference, “FDEC” thereafter.
  • FDEC is an independent expenditure committee and is not authorized by or affiliated with any candidate or party committee.
  • For comment or statement requests, allow minimum 2 hours for response during business hours.
  • Logo and brand asset usage requires prior written approval from the communications department.
  • Interview requests should be directed to press@fdec.org with subject, outlet, deadline, and topic.
